Ingredients:
- 60 ml Duppy White Rum
- Fresh lime juice
- Soda
- Mint leaves
- Coarse sugar
Preparation:
Step 1 – “Muddle” the lime juice, sugar and mint leaves in a small jug. Pour into a tall glass and add plenty of ice.
Step 2 – Pour in the Duppy White rum and stir well with a spoon; add soda water and a mint leaf for decoration.
