Amaretto Adriatico comes from the heart of Apulia, a region where the blue of the Adriatic and the golden light of the south blend into taste and landscape. This liqueur is made from 100% natural ingredients and exclusively Italian almonds of the Filippo Cea variety, known for their exceptional aroma and purity of flavour.
Hand-picked almonds are roasted for several hours, then immersed in a maceration process that brings out their natural sweetness and rounded character. With the addition of vanilla, cocoa, cinnamon, a hint of coffee and a delicate touch of salt from Margherita di Savoia, a liqueur is created that reveals a sense of Mediterranean warmth.

Discover – Amaretto Adriatico
Adriatico was born from personal memory – from a tiramisu that the creator’s mother prepared with two drops of amaretto. From this small family gesture, the idea for a new generation of amaretto liqueur was born, created entirely according to the Italian rules, yet with a modern signature.
The brand draws inspiration from Apulia: from the trulli, dry stone huts that are a symbol of the region, and from the countryside, where tradition, taste and the landscape merge into a single, recognisable aromatic expression.
Adriatico is made exclusively in Italy, where every part of the process is carried out with a deep appreciation for the origin of the ingredients. The reduced use of cane sugar compared with classic amaretto liqueurs accentuates the natural almond notes and creates a cleaner, drier character.
